Experteer Overview
In this role you drive market position and new business growth as part of the Account Management and Commercial Operations core process. You will build and nurture key client relationships and coordinate cross-functional efforts to win new opportunities and expand existing accounts. You support strategic planning, propose capture strategies, and contribute to pricing and proposals to meet sales targets. You will work with internal teams and CRM data to forecast outcomes and inform business planning, delivering measurable impact across locations and markets.

* Contribute to strategic initiatives and planning using deep market knowledge for assigned locations and segments
* Sell ABS services leveraging local affiliates' structure
* Develop and maintain key client relationships to expand business
* Lead client visit planning and coordinate meetings with ABS senior management
* Promote the ABS service portfolio and raise awareness of opportunities across teams
* Develop capture strategies, proposals, and pricing in collaboration with relevant teams
* Collaborate with technical staff to meet customer needs
* Provide strategic insight on market drivers and competitor activities for business planning
* Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns to drive sales
* Submit reports and ensure accurate CRM data entry
* Forecast sales targets and track activity to meet objectives
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in the industry (preferred)
* Business experience in manufacturing and/or technical service industry
* Fluency in Italian and English
