Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious SR Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shanghai, preferably with online business and category management experience. The objective of the SR Seller Consultant is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to sellers such as launching sellers to use FBA on Amazon's global third‐party marketplace. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplace. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and support sellers to launches and Amazon features adoption.
- Review and monitor seller performance, and provide consulting to grow their business.
- Apply seller insights to adjust value proposition to sellers' needs and objectives.
- Apply seller insights into sales strategy and plan.
- Expand application of client insights beyond assigned territory.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related.
- More than 2 years' experience working in marketing, sales, operation, or business program management related role.
- Expertly Excel ability is a must.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi‐task.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross‐functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels.
- Good analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
- Genuine and intense customer focus.
- Desire to work in a fast‐paced, challenging environment.
- Experience with online sales/marketing management or project management is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start‐ups, or SaaS platforms.
