Technical Sales Engineer
for its SELET brand.
Your mission
As a key
interface between customers and engineering teams
, you will play a strategic role in developing tailored solutions in complex industrial environments.
In this role, you will:
Develop and manage a
customer portfolio
(special machine manufacturers, integrators, industrial players)
Identify customer needs and propose
tailor-made technical solutions
(on-board systems, sensors, electronics, automation)
Promote our solutions through
high value-added technical presentations and demonstrations
Manage the full
B2B sales cycle
: prospecting, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closing
Follow projects in close collaboration with
R&D, production teams, and partners
Contribute to the development of
new markets and customized solutions
Ensure regular reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce) and track your performance
Work organization
4 days in the field, close to your customers
1 day working remotely / home office
Your profile
Education
Engineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
Experience
Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in
special machines, automation, or on-board systems
Strong interest in
complex solution-based sales
Key strengths
Strong customer service mindset
Autonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented
approach
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages
Fluent Italian
Professional English (minimum B2 level)
Additional language (French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
Driving license required (company car provided)
