Overview
The Product Development Manager leads and supervises the entire development process of leather goods collections. They are the point of reference for the Creative Direction, ensuring that each model reflects the identity and quality standards of our Maison.
Responsibilities
Translate creative drawings into detailed technical datasheets and accurate bills of materials.
Quality Control And Technical Fitting: Conduct technical reviews of prototypes, identifying critical issues and proposing improvements.
Ensure high quality standards, typical of the luxury segment.
Validate product functionality (structure, weights, volumes, wearability).
Collaborate with industrialization to optimize processes, costs, and timelines.
Supervise the fine-tuning of models for mass production.
Guarantee replicability, precision, and adherence to technical specifications.
Interfunctional Relationships
Interface with style, production, and external suppliers.
Participate in collection progress meetings and prototype review sessions.

Profile
Consolidated experience (7-10 years) in the leather goods product development sector.
Quality-oriented and strong attention to detail.
Managerial skills: leadership, organization, priority management, and interfunctional collaboration.
Analytical skills to monitor KPIs (lead time, prototype conformity, costs, team efficiency, supplier performance).
Good communication skills and ability to interface with style, product development, production, and suppliers.
Knowledge of English, French preferred.
