Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Development, Customer Support, Marketing, ) to ensure smooth service delivery. Communicate product updates, development roadmaps, and relevant features to clients. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize client outcomes. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, business trips, and industry events. A sneak peek into the skill set have a look if you are a match: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With written and verbal fluency in English (knowledge of other languages are a plus). Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools. Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips and client meetings abroad. Bonus point if you have experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles and/or experience in iGaming.
