Job Title : Global Business Development Manager
Job Description :
As a senior export area manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in strategic markets, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop new business opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships
* Achieve assigned sales targets and outperform them
* Analyze market trends, clients, and competitors to inform business decisions
* Coordinate marketing strategy and commercial planning activities
* Manage and grow the distribution network and local agents
* Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions
* Anticipate changes in target markets and suggest proactive actions
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferable)
* Fluent Italian, English, and French or German language skills
* At least 5 years of international commercial experience, preferably in the machinery industry
* Experience in managing budgets exceeding €3 million / year and selling 10-15 machines / year
* Knowledge of complex commercial dynamics and technical sales cycles
