PWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales, crafting sales plans, establishing and maintaining customer relationship. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pp· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. /pp· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence and company profitability. /pp· Report to Sales Director status and forecast of: opportunities, contract award and ongoing proposals. /pp· Identify market evolutions while being fully aware of new products/service and competition status. /pp· Achieve growth and hit sales targets. /ppbRequirements /b /pp· BS/MS degree mechanical or electric/electronic engineering (or a related field); /pp· Strong technical background with proven records of successful experiences (at least 3 years) and projects in automotive industries; /pp· Strong business sense and industry expertise; /pp· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in international environments; /pp· Ability to quickly react to customer requests and to work under pressure; /pp· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language required, German is a plus); /pp· Sales experience and or MBA is a plus. /p
