Synbalance, a leading company in the probiotics sector, is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:
* Developing the customer portfolio and carrying out client scouting activities;
* Defining sales strategies in the assigned territories;
* Collecting all necessary information for customer profiling and for analyzing customer activities in order to achieve sales targets;
* Managing existing customers and developing the assigned territories;
* Defining budgets, sales targets, and commercial strategies for the assigned area in collaboration with the Sales Director;
* Supporting the management of customer complaints;
* Handling customer support requests and coordinating activities with other departments;
* Providing technical and commercial support to distributors;
* Monitoring and managing quotations and offers;
* Preparing customer reports.
Requirements
* Degree in a technical-scientific or economic field;
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sector, with experience in international markets;
* Excellent knowledge of English; a second European or non-European language is a plus;
* Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities;
* High organizational and decision-making flexibility;
* Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues;
* Dynamic, proactive, precise, and punctual approach to work;
* Problem-solving mindset and strong results orientation;
* Willingness to travel.
The contractual terms and compensation package will be assessed individually, based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, and experience.
