Key Responsibilities

Advanced RAG Pipelines: Implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation to connect our deep industrial knowledge bases with LLMs.
Orchestration: Utilize frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph to coordinate intricate agentic workflows.
Model Optimization: Select and fine-tune models (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3) based on performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Backend Integration: Deploy robust, scalable AI services and integrate them seamlessly into Redspher's existing digital infrastructure.
Tech Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of AI research to ensure Redspher remains a leader in the "Agentic Era" of global trade.
Your Profile
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Python and a proven track record of building production-ready AI agents.
LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, and managing long-context window architectures.
Data Culture: Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and traditional SQL environments.
