We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Process Engineers in Europe, starting in September 2024.
The 6-month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates seeking an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. You will have the opportunity to accelerate your career, gain insights into different areas, and build a valuable international network.
Upon completing your international training, you will be based in Agrate Brianza (Monza - Italy), a vibrant hub for the semiconductor industry in Europe.
You will be responsible for the processes of these tools at both Agrate and Catania sites.
Role of a Process Support Engineer:
* Customer-facing role involved in the entire “Product Life Cycle”, from concept to qualification.
* Partner with R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabs to develop innovative solutions.
* Work across technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection.
Our Trainee Program includes:
* Theoretical and practical knowledge transfer, including international placements in Europe and Israel.
* Hands-on training and guided tasks to develop skills as a Process Support Engineer, supported by a local buddy, team, and managers.
* Potential long-term opportunities at European sites with various specializations.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a Master’s or PhD in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields.
* Possess an advanced level of English and proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
* Are EU citizens or have the legal right to work in France, Italy, or Germany.
* Are flexible to travel, especially to Catania.
