He/She works closely with guests to discover their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Reports to the Front Office Manager.
Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesFulfill Front Office operations according to company policies and standards, maintaining high standards at all times.Handle cash accounting and guest bill payments.Communicate guest and group activities to relevant internal parties.Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints effectively.Ensure accurate processing of all communications and guest details.Run End of Day processes and complete daily accounting checks.Generate daily and monthly reports.RequirementsEffective communication skills.Emotional intelligence.Ability to collaborate.Drive for results.Adaptability.Global perspective.Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred.Professional experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.BenefitsSeasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
