Following a handover period with the Italian Division Manager, you’ll become the primary point of contact for prestigious international clients in MES/MOM projects.Your Responsibilities:Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand our solutions portfolio.Analyze market opportunities and assess customer value to strategically grow the business.Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development plan.Deliver quarterly sales activity reports and ensure seamless bid management aligned with client expectations.Stay updated on the latest functionality of assigned solutions and monitor market trends, competitive activities, and promotional opportunities.Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM database to support effective planning and communication.What You Bring:We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment.Proven experience in automation, IT technology, MES, or MOM solutions.Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (essential).Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.A passion for manufacturing, IT, and automation is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel (a valid driving license is essential).Who We Are:ATS is the independent solution provider for Industrial Process Automation, IT, and Quality worldwide.
