Coral Club Italy is hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our amazing team in Rimini!

We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead, develop, and support our sales process in Italy. This role is about building strong distributor relationships, driving regional growth, and ensuring world-class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage and support the regional sales process, working closely with our product distributors.
* Build strong partnerships with distributors and empower them to succeed.
* Create effective conditions for customer engagement: product presentations, marketing promotions, and clear communication processes.
* Motivate and support distributors by sharing updates, insights, and best practices.
* Monitor and analyze regional KPIs to ensure consistent growth.
* Encourage and guide distributors toward achieving their goals.
* Stay on top of market trends and regional developments.
* Collaborate with the analytics team to drive data-informed decisions.
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development (experience in health & beauty is a plus).
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable working with diverse partners.
* Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities.
* Knowledge of network marketing industry (a strong advantage).
* Proficiency in English and / or Russian; Italian language is a must.
