Based in Milan and reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves frequent travel, with full geographical flexibility based on business priorities.Key Responsibilities1)Define and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets across multiple markets.2)Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and distributors.3)Lead and support sales efforts across diverse regions, adapting to different market needs.4)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, merchandising) to align sales objectives.5)Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively identify opportunities.6)Provide regular sales reporting and insights to the Sales Director.Requirements1) At least 5 years of experience in sales within the fashion, lifestyle/footwear, sportswear industry.2)Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to grow accounts and open new markets.3)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4)Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).5)Availability to travel frequently across regions, based on business needs including travel to the HQ when required.Self-motivated, autonomous, and goal-oriented.
