Responsibilities:
The Chef de Partie will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurants standards and established recipes.
- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.
- Participate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas.
- Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
Skills:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Chef de Partie experience in Hotel of same category.
- Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
- Experience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area.
- Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
