PpJoining the Sales Team as a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Johnson Controls towards our customers, and you will focus on always delivering excellent value and service with integrity. /p h3What you will do: /h3 pAs a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls’ Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the passenger ship segment, including cruise ships, ferries, and luxury vessels. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and operators across key global markets. You will promote Johnson Controls’ portfolio of Fire and Security Systems, and Integrated Control Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards. /p h3How You Will Do It: /h3 pAs Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our leading JCI aftersales services, including maintenance services, health checks, parts, long term contracts and retrofit solutions, mainly on Fire and Security Systems, and Integrated Control Solutions services to a wide range of customer within our passenger ship segment. You will drive the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets and employ enterprise tools and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth. Ensuring your strategies success, you will take key findings to continuously adapt your sales strategy to deliver growth. You will also ensure effective adoption of Company systems, tools, pricing policies and sales processes. /p pThrough using our current market intelligence and industry networking tools you will blend field activity with conversations with new clients to capture any opportunities available to you. /p h3What We Look For: /h3 pRequired Experience /p ul liExperience in developing new business through excellent client relationships and proactive planning. Experience in field sales and in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling as well as planning, business development, opportunity, and pipeline management. /li liTechnical background or familiarity with HVAC, fire safety, or automation systems is a plus. /li liUnderstanding of the passenger ship ecosystem, including key players, procurement cycles, and technical requirements. /li liProven track record of selling technical service solutions within the ship industry. /li liOutstanding customer engagement /li liHigh level of spoken and written English /li liSkilled communicator and effective in translating technical knowledge into tangible sales specifications and quotations. /li /ul pPreferred Experience /p ul liWorking with major shipyards and owners /li liA degree in Electrical, Automation or Mechanical Engineering. /li liAbility to work independently and travel internationally as required. /li liExperience of CRM Management (Salesforce preffered) /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pYou will be based in our Italian office in Milan.
