For our office in Latina or Stuttgart, we are currently looking for a Product Manager (m/f/x).
YOUR TASKS
* Management of the entire product management process for the assigned crops
* Active portfolio development, including the introduction of new products and the discontinuation of existing ones
* Description and positioning of assortments and products
* Portfolio analysis and evaluation for the areas of breeding, production, and sales
* Active maintenance of all relevant databases and systems
* Administration and documentation of portfolio decisions in databases
* Execution and evaluation of appropriate trials, including data collection
* Technical support and consulting for sales teams and customers
* Assessment and monitoring of implementation and cost-effectiveness
YOUR PROFILE
* Gardener / Horticultural Technician / bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or a comparable qualification
* Practical experience and understanding of cultivation processes
* Experience in working with complex databases and strong systems knowledge
* Market knowledge desirable
* Excellent command of English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
* Flexibility, assertiveness, decisiveness, and reliability
* Committed personality with passion and sensitivity for plants
