Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager
Location: Rome, Italy
Our client, a leading multinational company in the design furniture sector, is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for their Italian branch.
Role
Reporting to the Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned territory and existing clients, coordinating with the sales network consisting of agencies and distributors.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop business within the Rome area and neighboring zones
2. Visit clients and foster commercial relationships
3. Conduct analysis and prepare reports on activities
4. Coordinate with Area Managers of Central and Southern Italy to strengthen territorial presence
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on communications, promotions, events, and sponsorships in the assigned territory
6. Work with the AFC department to verify margins related to issued offers
Requirements
* Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related sectors
* Commercial experience in the Rome area
* Leadership qualities
* Autonomy and initiative
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in English
