We are a family-run business who is committed to preserving our autonomy and independence with an international sales network and representation in over 70 countries worldwide.\nIn Italy, the company aims to strengthen its sales network by recruiting individuals who combine commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and regional analysis skills.\nJob Duties\nThe candidate will report to the Sales Director for Italy, representing ARI-Armaturen in the North-East region with a technical-commercial approach, and will be responsible for business development in the assigned area, ensuring the operational management of direct customers, the network of agents, and local distributors. Represent ARI in North-East Italy\nManage relationships with existing and potential customers\nProvide technical guidance on the best applications for ARI products\nDevelope customized solutions, proactively identifying customer needs\nConduct commercial negotiations and seek new business opportunitiesCollect and share strategic information relating to the relevant market in a structured manner\nAnalyze market trends\nProvide the internal sales team with the information they need to finalize the sales process\nMonitor specific KPIs by compiling company CRM systems and operational reports\nOversee the bidding phase, from requirements analysis to the presentation of customized technical solutions Your Profile Technical training (preferably a diploma or degree in mechanical/thermal engineering).\nMinimum 3 years' experience in plant engineering, industrial valves, and integrated systems.\nKnowledge of fluid dynamics and industrial plant engineering principles.\nKnowledge of the local market\nExcellent command of digital work tools (CRM Systems)\nGood English skills (verbal and written)\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills\nStrong results-oriented approach, operational autonomy, and ability to work towards objectives\nProactive, dynamic, and problem-solving mindset\nResidence in Veneto, preferably in the province of Verona or Padua We offer Position in a growing multinational family-owned company\nCompetitive salary package, including benefits and company car\nOpportunities for solid professional growth and ongoing technical training at both the Rho (Milan) office and the headquarters in Germany\nInformal corporate environment, focused on developing individual skills
