OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for talented and passionate people ready to make the difference and step above the crowd. The intern will be based in Milan with a 6‑month training period. Expected reimbursement of expenses of 500 euro and ticket restaurant; accommodation is not provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The trainee should be organised, have strong communication skills and the ability to work within sales activities, with a particular focus on data analysis and future revenue targets.
* Actively participate in the development and delivery of sales business plans together with the Director of Sales.
* Collect, organise, and interpret commercial, operational, and revenue data; identify trends, variances, and opportunities through Excel or BI tools.
* Update CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects.
* Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal commercial meetings and those with investors.
* Contribute ideas to improve products and services offered.
* Review customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration together with the Director of Sales and the Director of Sales Management.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Highly computer‑savvy and socially literate.
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
* Ability to prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other office tools.
* Degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
* Additional language (French or German) is considered a plus.
* Basic understanding of key hotel performance metrics (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy).
