Team Leadership & Talent Development Manage and evaluate team KPIs, ensuring adherence to activity standards and driving the team towards quarterly and annual sales targets. Partner with HR and Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and facilitate training on key competencies (e.G., Business Strategy & Planning Develop accurate business forecasts and a comprehensive territory coverage plan based on market trends, pipeline data, and partner feedback. Proactively analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights and product feedback to senior management to inform decision-making. Translate company objectives into clear team priorities and tasks, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement based on results and feedback.
