Works closely with these customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them, while also working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, in full Compliance with the Company rules and procedures, the Farmindustria code and the National/Regional/Local Laws and regulations. /ppbMain responsibilities /b /pulliSell the full range of Organon products and services within assigned accounts to achieve assigned revenue goals. /liliDevelop and maintain a deep and wide knowledge of the assigned accounts and be able to understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities. /liliDevelop and execute account plans within assigned accounts. /liliAnalyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement. /liliAnticipate clients' needs and, in collaboration with other departments, develop and presents solutions to clients’ complex business issues. /liliCollaborate with the Tender team, reading-checking contracts and renewals. /liliOriginate and manage the development of large and complex deals with clients leveraging the whole Company portfolio. /liliConstantly monitors client satisfaction and works with the Sales Director, Tender team, and Customer Care team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. /liliAchieve the Area’s financial targets through the proactive management of all relevant stakeholders. /liliIdentify and map all relevant accounts and stakeholders implementing strategies to ensure the fast uptake and sustainable growth of our products including launch of products. /liliDevelop working relationships with all the specialists’ healthcare providers, pharmacists, and budget holders to effectively influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions. /liliComplete all Company administration and reports within guidelines and time scales specified to ensure a high standard of management information. /liliThrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for results. /liliEmbrace challenge and change, applying a growth mindset approach. /liliConsistent demonstration and embodiment of Company core values: Entrepreneurship, Speed, and Integrity. /li /ulpbYour profile /b /pulliBA or BSc preferably in Economics. /liliAt least 5 years' commercial experience in sales with responsibility for managing complex deals with clients and strong experience in business development. Evidence of strong negotiation and consultative selling skills. /lili3 years’ experience Sales or Customer Management experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. /liliClear and demonstrable experience of winning new business from new and existing accounts and achieving revenue customer satisfaction targets.
