The Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, assist in menu planning, supervise food preparation, and ensure culinary excellence across the hotel's dining establishments. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality food standards, managing kitchen staff, monitoring inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
