We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and communications efforts for a new Members Club opening in the iconic Torre Velasca building in Milan. This role is essential during the pre-launch, opening, and growth phases, requiring the development and execution of impactful campaigns to boost brand awareness, member acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or members club marketing. Main Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for pre-opening, launch, and growth stages. Lead brand positioning and coordinate marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging. Localize global strategies for the Italian market, manage budgets, content calendars, and production. Monitor market trends and performance to optimize ROI and brand growth. Member Communications & Engagement Manage the entire member communication journey and collaborate with teams to promote programming via emails, newsletters, and in-app channels. Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversee digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage content calendars and utilize data insights to refine strategies and expand online presence. Public Relations & Third-party Management Act as the primary liaison with PR agencies, managing briefs, media requests, and reviewing deliverables. Creative Production & Asset Management Supervise the creation of branded assets across digital, print, and visual media, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage creative workflows with external partners and maintain an organized asset library. Administrative & Reporting Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and ensure website content remains current. Events & Partnerships Coordinate with the events team to support signature programming and lead marketing for press events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences. Identify strategic brand partnerships and support influencer engagement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field. 5 years of marketing experience within hospitality (members clubs preferred), luxury lifestyle, fashion, F&B, or related brands. Proven success in launching new venues, communities, or membership programs. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of content strategy, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
