Le seguenti informazioni hanno lo scopo di fornire ai potenziali candidati una migliore comprensione dei requisiti per questo ruolo. We are looking for a Radio Network Engineer to join a mobile network project, working on multi-RAT technologies (2G–5G) within a Nokia RAN environment.
You will be involved in performance analysis, KPI optimization, feature validation, and architectural design across RAN and Core Network interfaces, collaborating closely with technical teams and vendors.
What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize network performance (voice & data KPIs)
- Implement and validate new features (FOA activities)
- Perform end-to-end analysis across multi-RAT networks
- Support RAN design and integration with Core Network
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience with Nokia RAN (BSC, RNC, AirScale, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of 2G, xivgfpx 3G, 4G, 5G networks
- Experience with RAN interfaces (S1, X2, Iu, Abis)
- Hands-on experience in KPI analysis and network optimization
- Ability to work in international and technical environments
High-impact telecom project with strong technical ownership and long-term potential.
