Part-Time Contract Manager Responsibilities • Review, analyze, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for commercial, multimillion-dollar projects • Provide strategic guidance on contract language, risk mitigation, and insurance requirements • Draft and amend contract provisions to ensure compliance and protect company interests • Present contract terms and recommendations to leadership for review before execution • Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to maintain positive, long-term relationships • Manage contracts across various delivery methods Part-Time Contract Manager Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • 15 years of contract management experience, w/ a focus on commercial construction required • Strong knowledge of construction law and industry-standard contract terms required • Extensive experience in contract negotiations, risk assessment, and compliance required • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required J-18808-Ljbffr
