Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €37,000 and €40,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
For our Market Growth area, we are looking for a sales specialist based in Milan, with a strong passion for the IT world and for innovation. You will represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and maximizing sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs;
Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base;
Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts
Utilize CRM tools to ensure standardardized process throughout all stages of a sale
Required Skills
Two or Three years of sales experience within a similar industry;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economy, political science, public and business communication, law, other humanistic degrees related to the commercial field;
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM platform;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Availability to travel;
Organizational and problem solving skills;
Advanced knowledge of the English language.
