Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity to lead the development and evolution of our security product portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and user needs, combined with proven experience in product strategy, development lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate has already worked in senior product roles within the cybersecurity sector, particularly in endpoint protection, mobile threat defense (MTD), EPP/EDR, or secure communications. You will be responsible for driving product vision and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Ermetix’s cybersecurity solutions.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape product direction.
* Translate product vision into detailed requirements and work closely with engineering on execution.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market activities and customer adoption.
* Partner with clients and partners to gather feedback and prioritize product improvements.
* Monitor KPIs and product performance to inform iterative enhancements and business impact.
* Represent the product internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically in the cybersecurity industry .
* Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity domains such as MTD, endpoint security, secure messaging, threat intelligence, or similar.
* Proven success in launching and managing complex cybersecurity products.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Nice to Have
* Experience with international enterprise clients and SaaS platforms.
* International background
* Experience with ISOs Certifications
* Familiarity with mobile OS security (iOS, Android), MDM/UEM, and secure hardware technologies.
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
