Role Overview Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Commis de Rang will ensure exceptional service and attention to Guests.

Responsibilities Prepare the dining venues and equipment, food pass and service area of the assigned station.
Assist the Chef de Rang in serving food and attending Guest needs and requests.
Communicate Guest orders to the Chef de Rang, serve food items and beverages, and handle special requests.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
Clear and reset tables according to standards, ensuring hygiene per HACCP system.
Assist with restaurant inventory and breakdown, cleaning, and setting‐up of tables and workstations.
Coordinate food timings and transport items to Guest tables in a timely manner.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co‐workers and supervisors.
Qualifications High school education or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years of food service experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
Experience in the same position is preferred.
International experience is an asset.
Ability to carry and balance a tray.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to multi‐task with excellent organizational skills; team player.
