You’ll : /pulliBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business goals and talent development needs. /liliAct as a trusted advisor, recommending impactful talent management solutions from our global portfolio. /liliLead the implementation of talent initiatives aligned with BU / Function strategies, working closely with our Talent Management CoEs. /liliSupport the execution of core Talent Management processes and programs. /liliCollaborate with the Learning Development CoE to enhance our Team Development toolkit and identify new opportunities. /liliAlign talent initiatives with broader organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration. /liliDevelop dashboards and reports to track key talent metrics and measure program success. /liliPresent data-driven insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. /liliPartner with external vendors when needed to enrich our internal offerings. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3pWe’re looking for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a strategic, fast-paced environment.
