General Description
Under the guidance of the Regional Field Manager, this individual will maximize BeiGene's product presence in the territory. The KAM will collaborate with Market Access and Medical teams to implement business strategies, meet sales targets within budget, and develop strategic account plans aligned with company goals. The role involves supporting key account customers with honesty and appreciation.

Essential Functions
* Build BeiGene’s brand awareness and reputation in the hematology-oncology market as a scientific and healthcare partner.
* Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Manage regional sales, reputation, access, and performance in coordination with other departments.
* Implement projects to optimize patient care with key customers.
* Organize and execute local symposia and workshops.
* Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities.
* Participate in meetings and symposia at various levels.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards, laws, and company policies.
Qualifications
* Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
* Several years of experience as a commercial representative in hematology-oncology, with knowledge of Lymphomas preferred.
* Scientific background relevant to the role.
* Knowledge of hematology-oncology and project management.
* Alignment with BeiGene’s values and loyalty.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Innovative thinking and proactive execution skills.
* Marketing and commercial mindset.
* Reliable contacts with opinion leaders, especially in Lymphomas.
