About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Revenue Intern to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in luxury hospitality, supporting the Revenue Management team in driving business performance and delivering exceptional commercial results.
What You Will Do
* Support the Revenue team in maximizing hotel performance through data analysis, reporting, and market insights.
* Assist in monitoring room rates, occupancy levels, and competitor activity to support pricing and positioning strategies.
* Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and presentations.
* Analyze booking pace, demand trends, and historical data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
* Support inventory and rate management across distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Monitor market trends and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
* Previous education in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Schedule & Hours
