In this role you own the end-to-end success of the product, from vision and business case to development, launch, and lifecycle management. You act as a mini-CEO, ensuring strategic alignment and cross‑functional coordination while driving sustainable business performance. You will shape product strategy, validate concepts with customers, and lead GTM and lifecycle optimization in a global, tech‑focused context. * Drive Voice of Customer initiatives and early adopter engagement
* Define value proposition, pricing strategy by segment and geography; maintain segmented business cases
* Monitor cross‑functional alignment and execution plans across stage gates
* Define and support GTM strategy with Product Marketing Manager and support product readiness
* Guide product presence at tradeshows and key customer engagements
* Monitor KPIs and drive lifecycle optimization and corrective actions
* Lead sales planning and demand forecasting with Sales and Supply Chain
Responsabilità
* 4/5 years of experience as Product Manager in B2B, preferably in Tech
* Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
* Languages: Italian and English fluent
* Previous international company and markets experience
