Main responsibilities: Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategies Manage your shop comprehensively Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and surpass sales objectives Ensure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimize sales space for maximum profitability Manage warehouse stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies Maintain good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards Supervise customer reception, ensuring compliance with POP MART guidelines Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as animations, events, new launches, and CRM campaigns Train new team members and support their growth and development Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve personal and store objectives Analyze customer behavior KPIs (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt, etc.) Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met Apply company procedures, regulations, safety protocols, and commercial policies Background: Citizenship or Work Permit required At least 5-10 years' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments Knowledge of key trade KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills Strong results orientation Leadership qualities to guide and motivate a team towards objectives Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Excellent Italian language skills; knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus It's all about PEOPLE!
