Responsibilities Strategize marketing plans with a strong focus on brand and product launches, to shape Google's position and narrative in the market. Manage the Italian marketing budget and advocate for the needs of the market in a fast-changing and dynamic international company, as a member of the Italy Leadership team. Lead the development of Google's marketing plans for consumer and advertiser products in Italy, working closely with Google product, PR, and Sales teams. Evaluate Google's brand and reputation and initiate programs to enhance Google brand through development of creative programs, brand awareness campaigns and promotions, working closely with Google public policy teams. Identify and develop innovative brand strategies and plans to drive engagement and product adoption.
