You will manage and expand an existing distribution network and will further be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationship directly with key accounts, consultants and other decision makers in the area. Your essential duties and responsibilities Profitably sales growth, by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area Identify, set up and organize additional/alternative distribution channels Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with management Develop promotions and actions to grow specific categories, regions or segments Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month Involve the distribution network in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators, configurators, quotation tools) Actively participate in trade shows, demo’s, trading sessions and other industry events Actively provide market insight, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization (es Marketing, Business Development) with inputs allowing products or communication improvements Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needs Collaborate in the management of credit limit and collection of receivables Actively manage and support private and public tenders in the assigned area Qualifications WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE University degree Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B service Experience in Hospitality or Construction sector preferred Fluent Italian is mandatory, good English will be considered a plus Good with people, establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers business and needs Professional and competent Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload Ability to contribute positively to a remote team Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence other Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results Team player Available to travel 50% of working time OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS Be Customer Obsessed.
