Account Manager (IT Projects)GELLIFY is a global innovation factory that integrates strategy, design, and technology to support companies' growth.Si candidi in fretta: consulti la descrizione completa scorrendo verso il basso per scoprire tutti i requisiti di questo ruolo.As an Account Manager, you will develop and manage an enterprise client portfolio, propose complex IT and system integration projects, and participate in strategic tenders, collaborating with leading IT players in the Italian market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients within Financial Services and Energy & Utilities, focusing on digital transformation initiatives, application integration, and core process modernization.Lead the design and delivery of system integration solutions (application integration, APIs, digital platforms, CRM, data platforms, omnichannel solutions), collaborating with internal technical teams and GELLIFY ecosystem partners.Manage the full consultative sales cycle: opportunity origination, needs analysis, value proposition design, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, negotiation, and deal closing.Participate in public and private tenders as prime contractor, consortium partner, or subcontractor alongside major IT players operating in the Italian Top 100.Build and maintain structured relationships with key Italian IT players to develop alliances, framework agreements, and joint market propositions.Contribute to the definition and evolution of GELLIFY's value propositions in IT consulting and system integration.Lead multidisciplinary project teams (consulting, design, technology), ensuring delivery quality, project profitability, and high levels of client satisfaction.Support marketing and business development activities (events, thought leadership content, social initiatives, innovation ecosystem partnerships) to strengthen GELLIFY's positioning in the Italian market.Requirements8–12 years of experience in IT consulting firm
