What You Will Accomplish
* Grow eBay Live by identifying, securing, and activating high-value sellers who deliver strategic relevance, operational readiness, and scalable impact.
* Increase GMV per seller by executing category strategies, meeting seller acquisition targets, and converting opportunities through a proactive, opportunity-driven approach.
* Maintain a healthy business development pipeline through accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the funnel.
* Set and evaluate revenue targets, guide budget investment decisions, and prioritize opportunities that deliver high value.
* Negotiate business terms with sellers and inventory partners, draft term sheets, and partner with Legal to complete contracts.
* Use market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new business models, and partnership opportunities in live shopping and ecommerce.
* Coach and develop Business Development Associates and Sales Coordinators by strengthening selling, negotiation, and analytical skills, while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
* 3+ years of experience in business development and/or an account executive role, with a strong focus on results.
* Experience working effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver shared outcomes.
* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across a range of partners.
* Advanced analytical skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with performance metrics beyond GMV.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage pipelines, forecasts, and reporting accurately.
* Familiarity with internet marketing methodologies and e-commerce business models.
* CRM experience, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
* Fluency in Italian and English
