Ph3Basic Info /h3pWork Location: Based in Italy, with frequent business trips to France. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct market research and demand analysis, define product positioning, and provide full support for product launch and promotion. /liliWork closely with the RD team to convert market requirements into feasible technical solutions and drive the implementation of product plans. /liliAccompany the sales team to visit clients across Italy and other European regions, collect market feedback and identify customer pain points to support product strategy formulation. /liliCarry out product operation related work, including competitor analysis, summarizing product selling points, developing sales toolkits and delivering customer training. /liliAct as the liaison between the local team and global headquarters, and drive product localization and continuous optimization. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliMajors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related engineering fields are preferred. /liliMinimum 3 years of working experience in product management, technical support, pre-sales or after-sales engineering, and product planning. Candidates with experience in forklifts or construction machinery industries are highly preferred. /liliSolid technical background.
