Key Account Manager – German Market
For an Italian industrial company with a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and customized solutions we are looking for the Key Account Manager for the German market, to develop and manage relationships with OEM clients and drive growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage long-term relationships with key OEM clients in the HVAC sector across Germany.
* Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business development strategies.
* Act as the main point of contact between the company and its German clients, ensuring client satisfaction and high service levels.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
* Coordinate internally with technical, logistics, and product development teams to meet client requirements.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings in Germany.
* Provide regular reporting on account performance, forecasts, and strategic actions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in same sector or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of the OEM business model and customer lifecycle.
* Fluent in German (mandatory) and English; Italian is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach.
* Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally to North of Italy (HQ).
