Responsibilities And Objectives Of The Role
Implement the company's strategy for attracting and engaging new customers in the target markets
Create and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the company
Define and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customers
Maximize the profitability of the customers
Create and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activities
Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee the planning of customers' activities
Promote the value stream generated for customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in implementing acquisition, retention and development strategies with customers
Experience in selling software and IT services
Experience in international environments
Proficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
Italian and English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
At least 5 years of experience in the role
Considered as a plus:
Experience in the gaming industry
Spanish language
French language
