About the Position
Synergie68, filiale di Ascoli Piceno, for a client in the metalworking sector, is selecting a BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL belonging to the protected categories ex L.68/99.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and sending of offers based on received requests, interfacing with the Sales Account.
* Verification of credit situation during pre-sales.
* Sending orders to production.
* Monitoring and reporting situations of credit limit breaches or non-payment.
* Monitoring and reporting potential order issues, arising also post-sales, involving relevant functions as needed.
* Support the commercial reference in daily customer and agent contact management.
* Direct management of selected customers throughout the sales process, under the supervision of the Sales Account.
Qualifications
* Enrollment in the targeted placement scheme or belonging to protected categories under article 1 of Law 68/99.
* Previous experience in the role (at least 6–12 months) as a back office and/or commercial and/or administrative employee in related roles.
* Diploma and/or degree (including bachelor's) in economics and/or technical fields (e.g., Administration, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or related titles and equivalent qualifications.
* Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Accuracy, punctuality, problem solving.
Offer and Terms
Initial fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months, directly with the client company, aimed at eventual stabilization or transition to a permanent contract.
CCNL Applied: Metalmeccanica Industria, level D1 (gross monthly salary of €1,742.03).
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, daily schedule 08:30–12:30 and 14:00–18:00.
Place of work: Monteprandone (AP).
