Account Manager Animal Feed - Italy (Animal Nutrition and Health)
Become a member of our Animal Nutrition and Health Team! In this role, you oversee the entire sales process for additives and premix products within your customer portfolio. You manage key initiatives and coordinate with the team on their generation, implementation, and execution. Your primary focus is to develop and deliver value-added solutions for the animal feed industry.
Key responsibilities :
* Manage key Italian customers, primarily located in Northern Italy.
* Independently define pricing strategies in accordance with company guidelines.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to co-create value-added solutions.
* Participate in national and international business events.
* Share and report your main sales actions with the team.
* Develop and enhance your technical expertise.

Minimum requirements :
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the animal industry.
* Preferred degrees : Animal Production Science or Veterinary Science. Other acceptable degrees include Agriculture, Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, Food Technology, and Biotechnology.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-centric attitude.
* Willingness to travel.
* Team spirit and results-oriented mindset.
