The Opportunity
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will take full ownership of the culinary vision from the ground up building your brigade, establishing culture, and defining the identity of each outlet.
A Pre-Opening Like No Other
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a brigade of ~30 chefs
• Shape kitchen culture, standards, and ways of working from day one
• Collaborate with the F&B; Director to create and evolve concepts across all outlets
• Bring a modern, refined perspective to Italian cuisine within a luxury context
The Culinary Landscape
• Signature 3-meal Italian restaurant with an established brand partner
• Rooftop bar, Petit Salon & Guest Lounge
• 24-hour In-Room Dining & Banqueting/Catering
