Sales Manager Service DivisionCaponago (MB), Italy – Italian Branch of our worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors seeks a committed and proactive sales manager with technical and commercial experience in mechanical machinery service/aftermarket, preferably rotating equipment.Main ResponsibilitiesImplement and develop sales objectives and strategies for Service in Italy.Establish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to Business Centers requirements and customers’ requirements.Achieve Business Center agreed sales budget for the country and region.Conduct marketing activities with EPC, End Customer, Licensee.Identify market drives and opportunities.Identify competitors and evaluate customer operating conditions and specifications.Define required scope of supply and arrange necessary technical documentation.Candidate Profile5–10 years of experience in a similar role and markets (preferably reciprocating compressor).Bachelor’s or Master’s engineering degree.Full understanding of maintenance/repair jobs.Knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA).Business‑fluent English in both oral and written communication.Attributes We Are Looking ForExcellent communication skills in a cross‑cultural environment.Multiproduct and service sales ability.Market and customer orientated.Basic understanding of industrial B2B markets (Petrochemical, Refinery industry, shipyards, etc.).Willingness for frequent domestic and international business travel.Trustworthy, proactive, self‑disciplined, self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and loyal personality.Previous employment in a reciprocating compressor company is a plus.We OfferStructured induction process.Flexible and hybrid working conditions.Versatile and autonomous activities and tasks.Professional development opportunities.Participation in job‑related training and further education.Appreciative cooperation with a family‑like corporate culture.Valued diversity and inclusive values.Dynamic, international environment with committed employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
