As Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process in Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake ownership of the end-to-end sales process for your assigned customer portfolio; act as the trusted contact from first hello to order confirmation. /liliManage the entire customer journey – from initial outreach to order placement. /liliDrive business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling, as well as introducing new products. /liliExpand the customer base by identifying and engaging new prospects through market research, application scouting, and targeted acquisition campaigns. /liliPromote and sell Technical Service Solutions tailored to the installed base across all customer segments. /liliExecute proactive sales campaigns for specific customer groups to boost engagement and conversion. /liliQualify inbound leads, evaluate customer potential, and ensure correct segmentation and allocation. /liliMaintain a structured sales pipeline, follow established processes and KPIs, and ensure continuous follow-up and accurate lead management in the CRM system. /liliContinuously grow expertise through online and on-site trainings in products, applications, and modern sales techniques, as well as co-traveling with field sales. Occasional travel within Europe is expected (team meetings). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical knowledge in non-destructive testing and measurement technologies (e.g., Ultrasonic Testing or Visual Inspection), ideally with a degree in Engineering or a related field. /liliStrong technical understanding of complex products such as ultrasonic testing devices, flaw detectors, and visual inspection systems. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in inside or field sales roles. /liliA proven track record in customer acquisition and opportunity development. /liliExperience in lead qualification and sales funnel management. /liliProficiency in using digital tools and virtual channels in sales, with hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). /liliAbility to translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable steps. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office 365; fluent in Italian and English. /liliQuick learning ability and a proactive, self-driven work ethic – intrinsic motivation is key. /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers across all levels. /liliA team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /liliPassionate about delivering value to customers and building lasting relationships. /li /ulpLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903 / 77 e 125 / 91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215 / 03 e 216 / 03.
