Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertNational Account Manager, Convenience - Emerging MarketsAbout the Role:As the National Account Manager, Convenience - Emerging Markets supporting Power Crunch®, you will take ownership of driving a sales plan that delivers category growth, sales, and profit for Ferrero’s expanding portfolio. Your work will directly influence the success of both existing and new products.In this role, you will:Lead the Power Crunch® business, serving as the primary contact and building strong relationships with the respective sales teams.Develop and execute strategies that grow the category and strengthen Ferrero’s presence in the market.Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and flawless execution of plans.This is your opportunity to champion a fast-growing brand, drive impactful results, and shape the future of Ferrero’s performance in the nutrition and snack category.This position is remote, with candidates ideally based in the North East or New Jersey area.Main Responsibilities:Co-own end-to-end category strategy, execution and integrationMeet category revenue, volume, growth, profit and share targetsMeet category distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising goalsAlign customer initiatives to Ferrero strategic enablers to drive meaningful JBP process.Manage the relationship with National Account Managers and execute formalized, value-added engagement plan with established feedback loop to act on customer’s inputWork collaboratively to develop innovative and insightful content to drive category growthManage trade budgets judiciously to drive demand in the categoryDevelop accurate SKU-level forecasts each month based on expected everyday demand and promotionsDevelop promotional plans with key Account ManagersDevelop customer specific plans working collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management and FinanceIdentify medium and long-term business opportunities within Convenience channel and work cross-functionally to execute and capture the opportunitiesAchieve KPI’s to contribute to total Sales Group KPI attainmentDrive accountability and results with Broker partner at all levelsAbout You:At least 8 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, and/or Category Management experience is requiredBachelor’s Degree is required, M.B.A is preferredBroker Experience requiredConvenience Channel experience preferredInterpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary internal and external stakeholdersStrategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising objectivesManagement presentation competencies to effectively present key insights in front of internal and external stakeholdersGlobal mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global companyCompensation DataThe base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
