Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Role Overview:
* We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage and support our agents and distributors in Italy, driving product sales and achieving annual targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* You will collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand customer needs in the Italian market, respond swiftly, and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
* Gather and analyze market insights specific to Italy, identifying trends and new sales opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors.
* Proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts in Italy.
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
