Role Overview:
As the Field Marketing Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You'll work closely with sales and the broader marketing team to design targeted campaigns that resonate with local audiences, especially within our defined target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to support sales growth in Italy.
- Plan and execute regional marketing events, webinars, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
- Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies.
- Manage the entire HubSpot marketing lifecycle, including segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns for all international regions.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimize as needed.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support the sales funnel.
- Localize global marketing content and messaging for the Italian market to ensure relevancy and engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in Italy to adjust strategies.
**Requirements**:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Italian (both verbal and written).
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, with a focus on B2B sectors.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot (certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market, with a preference for experience in the insurance or utilities industries.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international company
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and CRMs is a plus.
