In this context, the SENSTRONIC Group is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for its SELET brand.
Your mission
As a key interface between customers and engineering teams, you will play a strategic role in developing tailored solutions in complex industrial environments.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio (special machine manufacturers, integrators, industrial players)
- Identify customer needs and propose tailor-made technical solutions (on-board systems, sensors, electronics, automation)
- Promote our solutions through high value-added technical presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Follow projects in close collaboration with R&D;, production teams, and partners
- Contribute to the development of new markets and customized solutions
- Ensure regular reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce) and track your performance

- 4 days in the field, close to your customers
- 1 day working remotely / home office
Your profile
Education
Engineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
Experience
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in special machines, automation, or on-board systems
- Strong interest in complex solution-based sales
